Very effective
Been wearing these for years and they really help to stabilise my overprinting feet. Great product.

Hospital quality insoles at a great price
These are superlative, genuinely professional, orthotic insoles which hold the foot in a totally correct position. I speak as a retired doctor, and any initial discomfort reported by others is simply their brains (rather than feet!) adjusting to walking correctly for the first time for a while rather than incorrectly. The price is remarkable also - far cheaper than poorer items on sale at say B***s or other high street pharmacists. I myself had a serious slipped disc 25 years ago resulting in a "dropped foot" with a permanent totally flat left foot while the right is normal. The arch support on these insoles is superb - solid, firm yet comfortable. I do a lot of walking (with my son's Belgian Shepherd) and initially bought one pair to see if they were OK - I have subsequently bought another four pairs to fit in various shoes including trainers and heavy-duty walking shoes. They are rigid so when fitted correctly they do not move within the shoe, nor pucker up. One simply trims off the front toe area in small amounts until the rigid heel will just push down into the rear of the shoe with firm pressure - literally cut to measure - "snug as a bug"! Takes less than a minute with ordinary scissors. IMPORTANT though - to be able to do this make sure you buy the size ABOVE your own shoe size so you have ample amount of insole to trim. So if you are a 9.5 and the choice is up to 9.5 or 9.5 upwards buy the larger size. Buy with confidence.

Good value and works.
I looked long and hard before I bought these. I have "runners knee" - Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) and a pronation. I wasn't sure these would help but after my first run today since I got them, I returned after 4 miles with no knee pain! They are made of foam and would snap if bent over. I found them a snug fit in my trainers (Slazenger) after I trimmed them to size seven with a pair of scissors. I went for a 3 mile walk at first in new trainers (size 7) and whilst the shoes were tight they eased in OK. This morning I moved the insoles to my old trainers which are surprisingly a size 8 (who knew!) and they still fitted OK. It did feel like I had a stone under my foot for the first KM but after then I forgot I had them in. It wasn't until I realised that my knee wasn't hurting that I remembered they were in. They also made me 1/2 and inch taller and they do absorb the shocks better than just trainers do on roads and pavements. I would recommend these for anyone running and suffering pain afterwards. They may not work for everyone but at the low price are worth trying. I'm not sure if more expensive versions would be any better or last longer. UPDATE: I can now run 10K every day without any knee pain. I have also noticed my trainer heels are wearing evenly across the back not just on the outside edges. Result! These insoles also appear to mould to suit your feet contours in time too. But I have found it is a good idea to remove them after exercise as they do make the trainers smell as moisture goes through the Pro insoles but cannot escape from the trainer insole.

Helpful for achilles tendinitis
Achilles tendinitis is like having your heel intermittently cut into with a red hot carving knife when you're wearing shoes. Being overweight and suddenly taking up running I was a prime candidate for it. I found some exercises on YouTube to follow to alleviate it, and saw a recommendation for orthotic insoles. These have really helped; they raise my foot a little so the back of my shoe isn't pressing right on the tendon, but they also align my foot properly. I was able to complete a 12k hike in comfort, and a gentle 3k test run. They are easy to cut down to size and they can be swapped into different shoes, though I've just bought another couple of pairs so I don't have to bother with that. I've knocked a star off for comfort because for me, the arch support is not as comfortable as not having the insoles, but the lack of pain in my achilles more than makes up for that.

Poorly fitting
The arch support for these insoles is set too far back to do any good, with the raised area pushing directly into the underside of my heels. Since using them I've developed a constant lower back ache and keep getting funny sensations in my calves and pains in the arches of both feet. They seem to be quite well made but due to the arch support issue I wouldn't buy them again.

Insoles for flat feet.
These insoles really help my sore feet, as i suffer from flat feet, slim fit and can be cut to size.

Comfortable
Over the past few years, I've not really walked anywhere due to working from home. Recently, when I started walking again, I noticed that my feet were prone to placing pressure on the insides of the feet rather than flat on the bottom - after a while, it becomes very uncomfortable and can eventually begin to deform the shoes. With that in mind, buying some insoles which provide adequate support is critical and these don't disappoint. Very comfortable, and keep my feet working as they should. One important thing to keep in mind is that you may need to buy a shoe size that is larger than usual. This is due to the depth of these insoles - it is pointless to buy insoles if you're going to be squashing your feet in and making them uncomfortable.

Sconsiglio vivamente.
