Great
Whilst a little expensive, these are fantastic value as the are very well made and sturdy. Easy to clean and will hopefully last a long time unlike cheaper alternatives.

Poor quality control
One of the metal hozels which slides onto the handle was loose, not even crimped. You don't expect this sort of thing from Spear and Jackson, I can easily fix it with a punch but thats not the point, hence 4 stars.

Excellent Quality
As expected with S & J excellent quality. Bought to replace S & J 60+ year old ones inherited from my Dad. I’m sure these will last as long, though I doubt I’ll be around by then!

Great value gardening tools
Bought to replace some cheap gardening tools and the difference is immediately clear. Tools are solidly built with a good thickness of metal and wooden handles. They feel sturdy when in use and I don't think they'll bend any time soon. For the money this looks to be a good purchase for your garden.

Really good quality
These are very solid and strong. I was very pleased with how they looked when I unpacked them. I used them the morning and I wasn't disappointed. I think that they will last for a long time.

I've only used it a few times since it arrived, but I really enjoy using them. Well worth the price and I am considering buying another set for a young gardener in the family. If I have any problems, I'll update my review but current evidence is that these will last for some time.

Das Set wirkt wirklich außerordentlich hochwertig. Anpoliertes Edelstahl, Holzrgiffe - sogar Lederriemen sind an jedem Holzgriff. Wollte es dadurch eher "schonen", bin jedoch schnell dazu übergegangen, es wie jedes Werkzeug zu nutzen und damit zu arbeiten. Meine Vergesslichkeit führte selbst dazu, dass ich das Set mal ne Woche draußen im Regen vergessen hatte und erst darauffolgendes Wochenende noch im Bett liegend wiederfand - ohne Mängel. Das Holz ist trotz der Feuchte nicht aufgeplatzt - das Metall nicht angerostet - oder sonstiges damit passiert. Dementsprechend wirklich ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Simple tools made well. If you haven't used one before, the hand fork is great for weeding.
