Tasty and healthy as in spring water not brine or oil so versatile as can add your own flavours. Had mine with lemon juice and capers.

Highly recommended!
Pros: 1. Essentially sardines in water with no added salt! 2. However it tastes extremely good! 3. Sprats have higher Omega 3 content than sardines! 4. To me the best part is actually the water because it’s like drinking sprat essence! Pros/Cons: 1. The bones are hardly noticeable and personally I prefer the crunchiness of larger bones in sardines. I’m also not sure if the scales have been removed but I would have preferred with scales as well. However some people may find this as a plus point. 2. I think there’s less fishiness than sardines but personally I love more fishiness. 3. The tin comes packed in a paper box so there won’t be any contamination on the surface. However this contributes to extra waste. Cons: 1. A little pricy but it’s worth for the quality of the product! 2. I read that sprats have higher natural sodium and fat content than sardines, but it’s probably why it tastes so good even with no added salt! Most other sardine products come with mediums that contribute to extra sodium anyway. Overall very satisfied. Bought only 1 pack to try but certainly will buy again!

Nice tasty little fishies
Trying to increase my omegas, this makes a nice quick salad for lunches, or a very tasty breakfast option with a poached egg. There are loads of great recipes on social media for sardines, so it makes sense to have a good supply of them available in the cupboard.

Great product, incorrect ingredients listed
Amazing product, incorrect ingredients. Page listed ingredients as sprats and spring water but product also contains salt. I bought them to wean my baby so didn't want added salt and have reported this. Product quality itself is excellent but can't use them for intended purpose, that's the only reason I've given them 2 stars
