Addis Washing Line Prop 2.2m – Heavy Duty Clothes Line Support Pole with 5 Height Positions, Strong Steel Box Section Design, Outdoor Laundry Prop, Grey

I have two of these props in use already. When I bought a third, cheaper version for occasional use I went for a round pole with tightening ring at top and a snap-on type of clip onto the washing line. The screw tightening to adjust the length, can slip, I have arthritis in hands, so hard for me to tighten sufficiently. Also the clip onto line part was stiff not easy to disengage. However, this ADDIS, square pole is stable, with easy to adjust length holes, and simple to clip onto the washing line. Additionally, a good length when extended and it reduces to half its length to store away. Excellent piece of equipment which I highly recommend.

A rather easy to use prop, that at the time of writing appears very sturdy, with a good length of over 7ft. Good value for money. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the locking mechanism to extend the pole ( grooves cut into pole) are very shallow thus its very easy to accidentally knock the pole from it's required height and causing it the pole to collapse into itself

Good solid line prop at reasonable price.

This line prop is well worth the money, just pay a bitore and you get a better quality product, should last some time, better than those cheap ones where the plastic hook keeps breaking .

After going through so many washing poles with the ends breaking off, threads on the extension part sticking and breaking, I found this one which is a much better design. Very sturdy and extends to a decent length without slipping unlike the rest I have had. Definitely recommend. I’ve just ordered a 2nd one now i know it’s good!

While these are well made, the mechanism doesn’t lock into place and often slips when moving the pole

Can't believe I'm writing a review about a prop but I'm telling you don't buy these cheap ones for 5.99...or 2 for 12 pounds..save your money and buy this 1...it's the rolls Royce of props 👏 😎 this will last for years 👏
