I tend to have horrendous reactions to insect bites resulting in the most intense itching. This stuff was bought after steroid cream and oral antihistamines hadn't really helped. I really wasnt expecting much as it wasnt prescription only however its been incredible - soothed the itch almost immediately. Only required a small amount so really good value for money too. Will be recommending this to everyone, actually life changing!

I take my Doberman, Milo, for early morning off lead walks in summer - along a river. It's beautiful but a breeding ground for midges and mosquitos that take great pleasure biting me. This is the most effective itch relief I have used. It really works and is well worth the money.vl can highly recommend.

As someone who suffers both from occasional eczema and regularly from insect bites , I was looking for an anti itching cream to replace a tube of Lanacane which seems to suddenly be very scarce . It arrived reasonably well packed with a load of instructions. Anyway, I had a couple of insect bites on my leg and a peculiar itchy outbreak on my knee which felt more like a cold sore than a bite. So I put it to work. It's a white ointment, more runny than equivalents with a medium odour.And on went on a medium dollop... I waited and waited....a big fat nothing. And just as I was about to request a refund from Amazon, all three areas started to simmer down, the itchiness started to go and the redness and inflammation started to subdue. It was particularly effective in stopping the 'coldsore' itching on my knee. Several other creams including eczema remedies had done nothing with that. It does require several applications but the treated areas have been remedied. So although it isn't an instant working action, this cream does come up with the goods and provides me with relief from itching caused by insect bites and other skin issues. HOWEVER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ECZEMA. Outbreaks of eczema need to be treaded with prescription only medication such as Metosyn and under supervision of a medical professional. Overall fair value for money and effective if somewhat slow.

Arrived yesterday and my skin already looks and feels better. Totally can recommend this cream, the itchiness has really calmed down. Good quality and value for money.

Definitely helped with my hormonal itch ,I take an antihistamine and it does nothing but I put this on my legs and it instantly helped my itchy skin

I have recently been told I have pmle. I have purchased sun allergy protection lotion, however still get itching at times. This is fantastic, as soon as i put it in, after 30 seconds i get relief. Also it works for 10 hours. For the first time i have not woken up at night with itching. Definitely recommend this.

Did lessen itchiness but just found this average. No reaction with my skin. Not value for money in my opinion.

Needed something to soothe my irritated skin after a bath/shower so tried this. It did reduce the itching but only lasted a few hours with me. The smell is chemical and it would suffocate any scabies mites I should think with the added crotamiton ingredient.Just be mindful when you deceide to use it. If you use it after a shower before work, I bet there will be one co worker who recognises the familiar scent and vocalises the reason why you could be using it. Just be ready to confirm the negative if she (it is usually a 'she') does. Good for usual dry skin conditions if you can tolerate the scent.
