is it dishwasher safe?

I dont have a dishwasher to test it. however, they are very easy to clean in the sink. run water over it, scrub lightly, done.

Can I use this brush on my George Foreman grill ceramic plates?

i found nothing that said you cannot use that brush on the ceramic plates. So I used the same branch when cleaning the ceramic plates on my grill. Did not see any damage and the plates were nice and clean.

This product is 9 lbs? Why does it say the shipping weight is 4.8 oz? Please let me know. Thank you.

I cannot imagine why something says 9 pounds... it's a very light weight brush, probably the 4.8 oz. It is a great, multi-use brush I have used to clean baking dishes and pots, plus it has other uses, such as I went fishing the other day, and my fingernails got grimey putting worms on the hook... the brush bristles are hard enough to clean off burned on food but soft enough to clean the worm juice from under my fingernails.

Will this work on a waffle iron?

The rubber grooves may not line up perfectly on your waffle iron, but definitely help with scraping baked on food. The brush is of heavy duty material and works perfect.
