The shell is precisely fitted to the weapon on the inside and is designed to be smooth on the outside and work with the body, belt and clothing in any carry position to maximize comfort and concealment. The holster shells feature an innovative adjustable retention feature that isolates the tension on only the front of the trigger guard. I have a very rough and tumble lifestyle with sparring, exercising, training and so I do put this holster through harsh conditions from bumping into things like walls and metal equipment from the front side since I carry appendix that I finally had piece brake off the holster shell, so I called into Raven Concealment to see what they can do for me and Kathy who intercepted my phone call said just mail back to them and they will have a new one in the mail to me ASAP. So I mailed off to them and had a new unit back to me in 3 days after they received it with no questions asked on how I tortured this great holster. Kathy told me Raven Concealment stands by all their products and will replace your holster for any reason it fails. Woo Hoo!
