This is the remnants of water probably. Bend forward, lower. Your head so you are looking at the floor and slightly blow and it comes out.

The bottle last longer if you sterilise it in Milton rather then in the microwave.

Hi , yes this kit contains the bottle and the rinse sachets. It is recommended to change the bottle every 30 days. Once you have this kit you can then buy sachet only packs. This product has really helped my nose and is recommended. Use boiled and cooled (to warm) water for best effect.
