F1 Sim racing just got a bit more real!
This is a really good piece of kit. Easy to put together and feels very solid. It has multiple position setup - you can slide the seat further or closer to the pedals. You can slide the wheel away from you. The pedal unit has a tilt function so you can have them then tilted up towards you or flatter if you prefer. It comes with some very string sticky back Velcro so holds my wheel and pedals firmly in place. The mounts for wheel and pedal come with a variety of drill holes, so is possible to bolt your controls in place if that is an option on your setup. It has a nice bucket seat feel and good lumber support. It is very low, which took a bit of getting used to. I managed to tilt my monitor screen down and now feels very realistic. It's added a new level of realism to me playing F1 2020 game. Love it!

Easy to build, sturdy and comfortable
Love:Seat comfortEasy to build (did on my own in an hour)Quality materialsDislike:The side plates are too low and not very adjustablePre drilled holes on the plates are not universal- using Velcro tape instead.Flight stick set up on centre console but is too high. Angle is wrongFor what it is, it’s an excellent purchase. If you’re a bit on the wider side, you won’t be comfortable in this. Narrow seat, which I like.

Good but a bit expensive
The instructions for assembly are ok but could be a lot clearer but once assembled it is pretty solid. The seat comes with a number of cable ties and stick on Velcro pads which helps to keep my HOTAS Warthog in place. The seat is a bit low for normal use as a computer/office chair but it does make an excellent seat for playing Elite Dangerous with a VR Headset as the HOTAS Throttle and Stick seem to end up in comparable locations to the in game visualisation of the flight controls. It is probably a bit too expensive to justify for a casual gamer but if you are serious about VR compatible flight type games such as Elite Dangerous then it is probably worth the investment.

Amazing and comfortable
I have had this seat a while now and I absolutely love this thing.Super comfortable and was easy to set up. everything slides together quick and easy and the centre tubing is great for hiding all the wires. Its sturdy and doesnt move at all for me and with the adjustable feet and positions it doesnt matter how tall you are its all adjustable.I dont know why I took so long to buy one I love it

Great Seat for a Racing Simulator Fan
The playseat Project Cars is an amazing piece of kit good for any die hard fan of racing sims. I only had it for a bit but, this seat screams quality from the metal frame to the comfy chair. Can be adjusted to match anyone's build so, this was the perfect christmas gift for me. The installation was easy and took less than an hour to assemble. Slight niggle is that the screw holes where you mount the pedals on the Logitech G29 set, did not match properly so, had to modify it but, the reason why i gave it five stars is because the rest of the seat is perfect for any gamer who is into realistic racing sims.

Solid, sturdy, comfortable
As above. Easy for one person to put it together, and it comes with a metric ton of velcro and cable ties to assist with cable management.I've paired mine with a Logitech G920 wheel. I personally find the rail too far away from me to be completely comfortable - If I leant fully back into the chair I'd be stretching my arms to reach. As it stands, my head is about 8 inches from the back of the chair when I'm in a driving position. A plus about the rail is that it doesn't get in the way of your legs, so left-foot braking is possible. There's no wobble to the entire construction; it's solid and sturdy. It's comfortable, too, but if you need extra lumbar support factor this in, as the seat has none. The pedal stand doesn't fit into the G920 pedals very well - you can either screw in the bottom or top as there's a 2-4mm difference between where the holes actually are and where Playseat has put them. Initially I screwed them in at the top, but this caused them to lift slightly under heavy braking (and anyone with a G920 can attest to how hard you have to push that bl**dy brake pedal). Screwing them in at the bottom alleviated this issue entirely. The wheel mount itself is a bit strange as well - it requires you to screw it together before mounting the wheel, but when you do it conceals the G920's own screwholes to mount that securely to the stand. I got around this by using the wheel to clamp the entire thing together, but it means that discounting the wheel itself, the mount is only held together with 2 out of 4 screws. There's no option to adjust the tilt of the wheel, but it feels fine. You also can't move it forward and back without moving it up and down, but once it's adjusted, it clamps very tightly and will not move. The pedal distance is easy to adjust, and locks just as securely. Not even the legendary G920 brake pedal is enough to push them away. The entire assembly collapses down to surprisingly small area - about half the height of an Ikea Billy bookcase and a similar width, but a little deeper.Overall, solid purchase that means I'm finally getting use out of a decent wheel. It's a bit of a heavy lump to move about, but I'd rather it be heavy to shift at the beginning and end of the session than be moving constantly while I'm using it.

NOT compatible for Xbox One
What a shame !!I bought this gaming chair for Christmas, for my son who has an Xbox One - I did all the research, read up on all the product details to triple make sure it was compatible for the Xbox One, it even says it on the box.....*****It is absolutely NOT compatible with the Xbox One******I bought it together with Xbox One "Hori RWO Racing Wheel Overdrive"(& pedals)None of the pre-drilled holes fit RWO steering wheel / pedals - it comes with various sizes of Velcro and cable ties, so you literally have to do a botch job to assemble it - what's more the cable ties are white so it looks like a 6 year old has strapped a load of bits together to make a go-kart. We had to go out and get black cable ties so it would'nt look so cheap. The one good thing about it is that, on its own, it's very well made and sturdy - so I'm sure it would be fantastic for the correct gaming equipment - just NOT the Xbox One
