This is made out of very cheap plastic - so as long as you don't expect it to last - then it'll be exactly what you're looking for to finish the princess costume. I purchased for a toddler and was the perfect size.

As soon as it gets bent the whole thing starts shedding silver flecks everywhere. They get onto everything and seem to stick to skin. My daughter and I are now covered in it. Don’t suggest this for anyone who intends to have it played with

Nice and simple tiara and wand. White light so not difficult for a 3 year old to hold. The decorated part of the tiara comes flat and needs clipping onto the hand band which needs a little bit of force and it's quite delicate looking as well so probably needs an adult to do this. The band has some teeth to grip onto hair which is helpful. This fit my 3 year old and would be too big for anyone smaller but could easily fit an older child too. The build quality is far for something at this price. Any rough play or if it gets stepped on it'll easily break. It came quickly so at this price it's a fair deal.
