It has forwards and backwards setting. Another button will therefore scroll backwards.

It does come with instructions or you can download them from www.timex.com

Q: How do you adjust the time on the watch ?

Press top left button for 2 seconds - then use bottom left button to scroll thro' hours/minutes/seconds - use top right button to advance them to correct time - press top left once finished to return to normal watch face. You can download a manual from Timex website which explains all the functions fully, details will be in the watch box
