Good Value
I am impressed! it works with my laptop... music sounds very good, my mic audio is clear, and it also works with my Samsung Android phone! The inline volume control works with phone and laptop audio... I have a big head.... ears too... This earpads are a bit small and likely why some folks say it doesn't feel the most comfortable.. I agree. I have worn $100 headsets and they are comfortable. I can wear the headset for an hour or more without discomfort... So 90% of wearers should be fine... right? It is an awesome value and very useful... glad that I got them...

I don't hate it.
My only issue is that the Mic's input is a little too strong. I can hear my own breathing. But the earpads really do block out a decent portion of the external noise around you. But this super sensitive mic can just pic them up easily through OBS monitoring. I am actually grateful for this as it is a proper and sturdy replacement for the no longer produced AC-401 and 204 series. But if I may be selfish, can we has decent mic foams for my headset?

Works well!
This is a perfectly good headset in my experience. I wear it almost every day, and I have had no issues. They're comfortable even after worn for hours, and the sound quality is loud and clear. The noise cancelling isn't 100% perfect, but I live in a loud house, and they muffle the sounds pretty well. I've never had anyone complain about being unable to hear me over the mic, either. The long chord is perfect for if I need to get up and do something and don't wan to take them off.I give 4/5 stars because if you use the volume adjuster on the chord, the audio gets a little crackly. However, I don't really use that function anyway since I can adjust it directly on the device. Just putting that here for others to know!

Excellent Headset Great Price
The headset is fantastic! The headset is lightweight, static-free, and delivers crystal-clear audio with great playback quality. It’s super comfortable for long use, I have used the headset up to 12 hours. It has a long cord and plugs right into your PC, phone, or laptop, a great price for a great product.

what you expect for the price
The sound is clear and cord is long enough. mic quality is mediocre which is about what was expected. The padding is too thin and uncomfortable, but overall fine for what you pay.

Worked, mostly...
This Cyber Acoustic Noise Reducing headset arrived quickly and undamaged, seemed to be in good working order, was dead-easy to install and more or less 'worked' for my wife for almost two weeks, but after daily use over that time, eventually what seemed to be a small, intermittent and believed to be unimportant glitch turned into a real problem and it had to be replaced. It was very weird -- she had no problems initially and we both thought the set was quite nice and a good bargain, especially considering its low cost and ease of installation. She could hear her co-workers and clients very clearly and reliably and everyone seemed able to hear her.As the days went on however, first one user then another began to notice that on occasion, her voice (possibly only on some system(s), in some application(s) and/or some situations) was all but inaudible. My wife would raise the mike volume and go on with the rest of her day. Unfortunately, it still would happen again occasionally, and while trying to come up with a dependable volume level on the mike, one that worked for everyone else in all applications and situations, it turned out to be an insurmountable problem with no discernable cause, much less a possible fix. Even turning up the mike to a volume level of 100 (the maximum setting) wasn't adequate to maintain loud-enough, trouble-free, clearly audible communication. Nobody could find anything wrong, but it couldn't be counted on to work when it had to, whatever the reason. We tried to fix it -- believe me, we tried! Unfortunately, despite all our efforts, first she and her fellow workers couldn't find a problem, much less a fix; then she tried dedicated professional help -- neither could the company's excellent, well above-average, never-before-stumped help-desk fix it; and finally, during the whole episode, the combined 70+ years of professional experience in the field compiled by my wife and I together (my wife worked as a systems technician while attending college¹ and has worked as a production control engineer for several organizations since, and I've been an avid computer hobbyist (since before the days of the Sinclair ZX-81), computer operator, systems technician (where my wife and I met!), programmer, software technician, software engineer, DP Manager and MIS Director)... all our combined experience was for nought. By now though, since ALL of the other equipment in use worked with all the other users, all of the time in every other situation, it was only natural that the finger of blame point squarely at the 'new' headset we'd installed scant weeks before. It had to go.As it turned out, the rest was simplicity itself. Taking advantage of 24hr Amazon online shopping and Prime overnight shipping, we located and purchased a slightly higher priced but still quite inexpensive noise-control headset from Logitech and went to bed. It arrived the following day, and before her shift started the next evening, removed and replaced the Cyber Acoustics set, and that was that. Everyone since has been totally pleased by its performance and now all is right with the... well, maybe I won't go that far. The new one worked very well, now even longer than we thought the Cyber Acoustics did. :-)While writing the review, I've had an opportunity to think about the whole situation sort of removed a bit from the whole shebang, which makes me think it's about time now to try the one thing I stupidly forgot about completely before replacing the 'defective' unit: contact the seller. Better late than never, I suppose. Wish me luck!

No frills, absolutely trouble free!
I have tried DOZENS of wired and wireless headsets for Zoom and Teams meetings! DOZENS.Every problem you can think of; hurts, doesnt fit right, sound is terrible, mic not loud enough, battery dies, earpads dont fit right, head band too tight, you name it.So I gave up, and got this darn cheap headset.OMG... Wowwww. As BASIC and as awesome as you could imagine.Less than $20. perfect SOUND.plenty OF VOLUME.CRISP clear audio.NO BATTERIES to worry about.PLENTY OF SOFT, no tangle cord.WOWWW.Talk about a bargain. Now this is for work. For meetings. You don't want a dead battery, or crappy audio, or painful earpads, or a mic that's not loud enough. For around $20, THIS IS YOUR GO-TO WORK HEADSET. PERIOD.I am hard of hearing, and I wear a hearing aid on one side. This adapts to my hearing aid and fits comfortably. Plenty of CLEAN volume to spare. What else can I say? I HATE meetings, so the last thing I want during a boring meeting is problems talking and hearing!I swear by this headset. For the price I will buy EXTRAS just for the heck of it.If I could give these 10 stars I would.
