It is a must have product if you are feeling under the weather.However the price of the product was a little pricey, I paid just over £6 for the product but had to pay over £3 p&p. It was packaged really well and arrived a day early but this brought the total cost to nearly £10. Despite a lengthy stay in hospital the doctors have not given me a definitive diagnosis & I survive on Complan twice a day with the odd cracker but I have three lively dogs & two lively grandsons & while I am tired I can keep up with their demands! My family have been using Metatone for decades (literally!). My mother was first introduced to it in the 1950's by my godmother who was a physician. Since then we have always used it when we feel a little run down or under the weather. This year I caught a particularly nasty virus and was left with very little energy afterwards, I would literally be falling asleep over breakfast. My mother reminded me of Metatone but it is not readily available in the US. Well Amazon came to the rescue and I found some that could be shipped from the UK. Within a short while of using Metatone my energy levels returned and I am now back to normal.
