I'm tired of these products being called virtually unbreakable. They are not as flexible as they claim to be. It's a good thing 4 came in the package, the first installation attempt, the corner snapped off. The second attempt, a crack several inches long happened.

These things aren’t cheap, but I needed to replace some fluorescent light covers in my basement. At first I bought the wrong size - you typically need a size smaller than 2x4 to fit inside the metal casing. When I received the correct size, I tried to install. They would clearly fit within the casing, but you have to bend them slightly to get them inside the casing. I struggled and fought to get the rigid plastic cover into the casing. Two of the two I tried broke in the process, resulting in several cuts on my hands. I gave up. It was a hassle and a waste of time and money. I recommend buying the magnetic covers that go over the casing. I got the one with blue sky and clouds. While no one will assume it’s a skylight, it looks better than I imagined and was super easy to install.
