Review: good quality thick edible wafer paper - I purchased this pack of 12 sheets of rice/wafer paper to decorate some rather cheeky cakes I was making for the film 'carry on up the Khyber' for our local community cinema. The price was reasonable. The rice/wafer paper was good quality, thick and easy to work with.I chose it because It did not contain a lot of chemical additives and preservatives like others available, but basic potato starch. I was able to fold it into pleats, draw on it with edible ink to make the kilts and secure it to the cake with icing. The rice/wafer paper is itself tasteless and a good thickness so held its shape easily. I would recommend this product and would buy it again
