These really are by far the best pilates squidgy balls that I have found. They are strong and durable. I have some which I've used in my studio for 10 years. They are super easy to inflate and deflate. They arrived quickly too.

Good value

Pilates instructor recommended 7 inch ball for practicing at home. This ball is definitely not 7 inches, more like 9/10 as one of the previous reviews says. Soft, squidgy material, easy to grip. Need to be quick changing from inflation straw & putting your finger over the hole to stop it deflating but other than that, easy to inflate.

Fab, works, my leisure centre uses these. Good and supportive, totally assists me with sit ups.

The ball is more like 9" than 7". The cheap construction makes it hard to inflate; trying to pull out the inflation connector and then jam the separate plastic plug into the now open hole without losing pressure is impossible. Since I wanted a smaller ball anyway, I'll just use it under-inflated.

This ball has a texture/feel that is amazing! It is very soft so won't leave you in pain! Perfect for what I needed it for!

I use this ball for chi-ball exercises. It has a textured surface making it easy to hold on to in a range of movement. It holds its shape when it has less air for softer resistance. My husband also uses it for mobility exercises and we are both pleased with the texture and soft resistance of the ball.
