Good things *do* come in small packages.
[This is not a paid or product discounted review]I needed something that would give a little better output than my phone's single tiny internal speaker so after reading up on a few product options I decided on the Tecevo T4. Wasn't expecting much but was more than pleasantly surprised by what I received. This is my first Bluetooth portable speaker although I have had experience with other units. The box:Fairly sturdy & compact cardboard packaging which looks like it could take some hard knocks before anything happened to the contents. In the box:The unit itself in a slick bag, a short micro USB cable for charging, a short 3.5mm to 3.5mm link lead for connecting to other devices, a folded sheet of instructions and a bag of silica gel to reduce the risk of condensation during transit or storage. The unit:For it's size the T4 is quite a heavy thing - this is useful as lighter speakers tend to travel across desks or shelves when driven at higher levels. Even better for this are the 2 rubber feet on the bottom, once the polythene covers are removed they stick like Gecko feet to a flat surface so the unit is unlikely to move much, if at all. (In fact there feels like a little suction when you pick it up, which may wear off as dust collects on them.)In the hand it's not quite as comfortable as a cylindrical unit would be but the tradeoff is better speaker positioning (front) and stability when placed on a surface. The player controls are clearly marked on buttons you'd be hard pressed to miss-key and are very simple to use.Bluetooth/NFC connectionI think I missed a step somewhere - switched the T4 on at the back (straight out of the packaging), my phone chirped - I hit connect. Done and was listening to music in under 15 seconds from opening the box. There is a lag of about 0.3 seconds between my phone and the T4 (tested when a set alarm went off a few minutes later) but for most use this is negligible. NFC connection is fairly fast too but of limited appeal, especially for those without an NFC sensor on their phone or tablet.Mobile calls:Personally I would rather have the phone to my ear for calls but I tested taking a call and found the unit to respond quickly and the sound quality from the speakers far exceeds the phone's earpiece or speaker. My voice was heard clearly at the other end too. Music is obviously muted whilst in-call.Power & extras:The T4 came partially charged and is currently playing whilst on charge. The line in function works fine but I've yet to test the line out; for most Users this is likely a bonus feature as the main reason for having a Bluetooth speaker is the portability and the T4 is so very portable.Sound quality:This is obviously the most important thing about a sound system and this unit delivers in spades! The size of the speakers in the unit give no indication of what it sounds like and this is why I'm quite happy to write this review. The speakers in the T4 may be small but they give a fairly good facsimile of much larger (and costlier) full range speakers. The overall response is better than I expected and this is helped by the porting on the bottom of the unit (also using the surface the T4 is on as a resonator with the help of those feet) giving a reasonable extension to the bass.At the moment I haven't really configured the sound on my phone (it's a *new* new presumably fire resistant Galaxy Note 7) so the audio is fairly flat sounding, but the bass is good, the vocals are clear and the top end is zingy without being hissy. The only downside with the T4 is that you shouldn't drive it too hard - the size of those speakers is the limiting factor here. Push them too hard and they'll distort at the lower end - at maximum volume quite badly. If this is not something that appeals to you and you want something that'll wake people up 2 streets away without distortion then it would be better to skip the T4 and find something larger, but then you'll lose quite a bit in portability.Summary:For it's size, sound and price level I can't fault the Tecevo T4 - a worthwhile purchase.

Good speaker
First of all the value for price. This is probably the most anticipated question when buying this product because you simply don't know how good it will be for the £20 you're spending. It's worth the £20 you'll be spending, the sound quality is good, the build of the product is very good and same for the packaging. If you wanted to get a better speaker which really packs a punch buy a Marley or Bose SoundLink but they're easily £120.The reason I bought this speaker was for work, I didn't want to spend £120 even tho I could have because if it got stolen I'd be devistated and had wasted loads of money.I'd recommend this product, for the people who are just going to use this speaker for casual use in the workplace or don't mind it getting battererd and well used. I wouldn't recommend this product to someone who is planning to use this to play music all around the house or at a event with lots of people. I'm not saying that this speaker rubbish or not worth the £20 but if you want something that gives 100% top quality sound rather than 70% good sound with a little bit of tin this speaker isn't for you.The Bluetooth is very good, easy to connect and good strength.I am giving this product 5* because you don't get something which is worth more than £20 for £20.

3.5/5 Good or Bad read the review ;)
GOkay if you are asking for a honest opinion then read thisThe speakers are actually quit good. However there is one flaw that I as a music lover do not like. And that is the bass is has way to much well not to much billy a bit to much of you understand. It's the same as listening to beats headphone (silly analogy but what ever) the bass dominates the whole experience. Nonetheless looking aside that if you do like bass they perform very well I had to make some adjustments with the EQ so I can have the right amount of treble and bass. Which is amazing its quit nice to have these option. If it wasn't for them listening to it would be quit annoying after time. After all you don't want the bass to dominate the whole experience. What I have also noticed is that they sound better when you let the exhaust as I like to call it from the subwoofer free. Let them breath (for the best experience) so all the sound can be given out ( they are at the bottom). A little design flaw but they still sound good I overall like them for the price actually they are even better for the price that I got instead of the original price. However if you want medium speakers for chilling out when you are outside then look no further. One thing I would suggest is to have the plastic bag with you so they don't get dirty just in case. I my self like to keep everything as clean as possible but yeah that's up to you. Now, if you think that they are big or medium big u are mistaken they are quit compact and small. Which I really like, that's exactly what I was looking for considering that I want to stash them into my bag and take them out when I got a break. Let's talk about battery life they have a lithium based battery ery so make sure you don't over heat them ok. As well they take 3 hours to charge of you have used them to the degree that they are dead. Which is pretty much normal. So I suggest you use them by they and charge them when you are going to bed which i highly recommend if you are using themselves a lot. Now, i don't use them to much which henceforth makes them stay alive a lot. So if you are looking for a medium good quality mobile and combact speakers take them espaecially for this prize. The design is very contemporary you got the geometrical 3D design which looks pretty cool so if you like it simple and easy take them. I also like that they don't have LED's but that is preference after all. Let's talk about the reason why you came here yes they have Bluetooth the old and yet still used way to connect devices I'm glad we got infrared out the way right ? But yeah if you like it old school you got the option to connect them with you aux cable which they provide so that good. They also provide you with a charging cable. I recon and you read the instructions because they can help you further with them.I hope you like the review and I hope all your answers got answeredIf you need some more details about them or you want to know how good they perform contact me with my email which is : [email protected]
