what are the dimensions of the item?

The Box of 10 itself is 10" Long by 41/4" Wide by 41/2" Deep. Each individual block is 41/2" Long by 4" Wide by 1" Thick. I have three different types of "Suet-Block Feeder" & they fit in everyone of them.Hope this has been helpful.

I thought i was buying insect and mealworm suiet but in only says mealworm and on the ingredients it only says mealworm no insects

Sorry I only put it for the birds and didn't check the details. All I know is that I put 5 blocks up for two days and every bit went. Bit expensive but the birds obviously love it so I am happy.

Are the blocks individually wrapped inside the box?

Yes they’re individually wrapped. They are excellent value & they attract all sorts of birds. In the height of winter they get eaten quite quickly as they are obviously so tasty, but because they are so well priced it doesn’t matter.

can you put these out on a bird table? i.e. not in a suet feeder cage?

You could do, but they wouldn't last long, bigger birds would pull it off the table, then mice or rats would get it, best in a cage, squirrel proof one is best. hope this is helpful.
