What is the difference from the last shield

There is a review on Androidpolice that seems to cover off most of the changes. The unit is a lot smaller, with an amended controller and it now includes the normal remote. It has lost the SD card slot but they say you can use a USB flash as additional internal storage.

can kodi be installed on this device

Kodi 17.6 can be installed and when 18 finally gets released it will automatically update ( So If u don't want it to update turn off in the settings )

Can i use a logitech wifi keyboard with this device

Yes, exactly what I use works perfectly

Why does the price keep fluctuating over the course of last 2 weeks, there have 4 changes in 2 weeks.

That's how everyone on Amazon works. It's all to do with how popular it is at any given day. If someone buys it that will often raise the price a bit, and then when demand drops, it will drop in price.
