SWANN-Morton No10 Sterile Disposable Handle and Scalpel, Blue, 10 Count

So I only bought these because I wanted one craft knife and this seemed the cheapest closest thing I could get. I didn't need 10 and I didn't need sterile but I thought at least they'd be sharp and I'd have spares when they went blunt. Well this has been one of the best purchases I've ever made. A single one I've been using for so many different craft purposes. Its still insanely sharp and just cuts so cleanly. Its almost permanently out and whenever I need something like for art or cutting cardboard its my first choice. I keep expecting it to get blunt but doesn't seem to have happened yet. Even though the handle is plastic it seems fairly durable and I haven't broken it yet. Then one day they really came in to their own. The wife got this evil splinter just under the skin on her finger from a shattered fiberglass tent pole. It was so thin and we couldn't get it out with tweezers or anything. She was freaking out and we were thinking it would have to be taken out at A&E but then what are they going to do? Maybe make a tiny cut so the end of it could be grabbed with tweezers we thought. She didn't really fancy waiting for hours in A&E, so I suggested what about a sterile scalpel as I still had the box of them. She's a brave girl and we unsealed a fresh one and she made a tiny cut and then managed pull the splinter out with tweezers. Massive relief!! I'm not suggesting anyone else should try this but I was so glad to have a sealed sterile scalpel right at the critical moment. Thats all. I just wanted to say I think these are a quality item.

Dermaplaning involves using a scalpel to remove peach fuzz hair and gently exfoliate the skin's surface. I have been dermaplaning myself at home for a long time now but was using flimsy eyebrow razors until I came across these and they are heaps better. They work brilliantly to remove hair on the face and gently exfoliate the top layer of skin. Each of these come individually wrapped and sterilised. These are medical grade quality so you know they are the best you can get and work out really good value for money. The key is nailing down the right technique with using these otherwise you can injure yourself because please be warned behforehand that they are very sharp! Watching YouTube videos on dermaplaning helps show you the right way to do it. It's not painful at all if done correctly and just feels like a gentle scratching sensation. My skin is glowing and smooth afterwards and makeup goes on so much better too. Such a great buy and would definitely recommend them for dermaplaning!

I regularly dermaplane and as such needed to find a set of high quality scalpels that would be sharp and easy to use. This set comes individually wrapped and with an easy to hold handle which makes them ideal for what I use them for. They’re very sharp so I’d definitely say use with caution, but for the price they’re definitely good value!

I'm really happy with these blades, they remove all peach fuzz on the face so easily and also exfoliate the top layer of the skin. I wouldn't use any other brand now I've been using these. Some blades (other brands) I found that there was resistance when dermaplaning but not with these, its so smooth. Faces are left hair free, smooth & exfoliated. Each blade is also already sterile until opened. These are very sharp so if you're going to be dermaplaning yourself, test a blade carefully on your arm so you can get used to have sharp it is before using it on your face so you don't end up with any deep cuts as these are definitely capable of a nasty cut if used wrong. These are such a good price too! 10 sharp sterile blades for that price is brilliant.

Well standardised for hygiene. Wrapped individually for sterile use. Many options avaible out there for dermaplaning treatments but the name says it all. Single use easy to dispose of in a dedicated sharps box , fulfills industry standards and all that is expected from the company name. Would recommend.

i used these to remove all peach fuzz and dead akin off my face normally once every week and a half as my hair grows back quick. these blades are individually wrapped i normalky use each one 3-4 times before disposing off . They are very sharp if you are not carefull or have a steady hand you can easily cut yourself if not using correct angle and pressure for derma planing . Good value and reusable ans disposable.

I ordered size 10 got 11, I use size 10 for facial hair removal it works amazingly but needs a trained hands as it is extremely sharp

I’m ordered the Swann brand because of the supposed quality of their scalpels. Unfortunately, they are not sharp, and are as dull as all of the other cheap ones I’ve gotten from Amazon.

Parfait, ce sont les meilleurs selon moi ! Juste dommage qu'ils ne possèdent pas de capuchons afin de mieux les conserver (pour un usage non stérile évidemment)
