I don't know what you get in the Boots gift set but this is Avene thermal spring water and it says its the 300ml size.

There must be an error in the Amazon description. The ingredients listed on the actual spray can states: Avene Thermal Spring Water (Avene Aqua,) Nitrogen. I've been using this product for years and it has a pleasant fine mist. I find it very gentle and soothing.
