Review: If the first one acts up don't give up, just send it back! - The first one I ordered was bad from the start. I was able to use it with less than the rated performance for two days before it gave out completely. I returned it and they sent a replacement. It worked perfectly. I'm able to pump around 27 gpm 130 feet up from the bottom of my well to the top of my water tank. I can fill the tank 15,000 gallons in 9 hours. I bought the 4 year extended warranty but for the price I paid its just icing on the cake. Great little pump. I just ordered another one to keep in the shed as backup for our small farm but I'm not counting on needing it.

The first one I ordered was bad from the start. I was able to use it with less than the rated performance for two days before it gave out completely. I returned it and they sent a replacement. It worked perfectly. I'm able to pump around 27 gpm 130 feet up from the bottom of my well to the top of my water tank. I can fill the tank 15,000 gallons in 9 hours. I bought the 4 year extended warranty but for the price I paid its just icing on the cake. Great little pump. I just ordered another one to keep in the shed as backup for our small farm but I'm not counting on needing it.
