This is a good step to use in any room of the house as it can be easily moved around. Height can be altered very easily with the blocks and it’s very sturdy at all levels.

I bought this stepper and have not stepped on it once🤣, however my son says it's a great product, the only thing wrong is the add on parts come off easily, but when its flat on the ground and your stepping on it, its very sturdy, so we all need to get to stepping, pun intended😃

A lot of steps I had seen were way too expensive but this is so reasonable and such a sturdy material, I have already used it for several workouts and it is still durable with no damage or immediate wear. Great idea to have the rise attachments stored underneath, the only slight flaw is that sometimes on occasion, the risers don't fix properly when stored and sometimes fall out. But this isn't a huge issue in the grand scheme of things, the main thing is that it is the perfect size, height and material for doing step workouts. Highly recommend.

This seemed the sturdiest and best value for money when I ordered and it hasn’t disappointed.I remember using a much longer step when I last used one (in the eighties!) but they proved far too expensive in this current climate. This is a great step, it’s size is just fine for step aerobics. I haven’t put the extra height adjusters in so can’t say how easy/ hard that’ll be. Needs to be used on a carpet or rug. Would thoroughly recommend.

I bought this to do Body pump over the lockdowns.However, this is way too small to lie on for chest track or to do push-ups from.This is partly my fault as I’d never used a step until doing body pump at the gym so I wrongly assumed that all steps were a universal size as per the Les Mills steps - nope!So if you’re just using for stepping on in a non-Les Mills type class, this will be fine, but know that it is really small so for me it was a waste of money.

This is a little less high than expensive gym versions but fine for me and stands up to my 80kg weight - suits my needs perfectly and motivated usage. Bought for bone density training - step up with weights the way to go. Researched carefully and read all reviews so this didn’t disappoint. If height important to you - check this meets your needs.

I bought this when rehabbing my knee after surgery (we live in a flat, so the only stairs are in a public space, and I felt a bit awkward doing step reps there!)Despite being fairly light, it feels very sturdy (it's had me stand on it a few thousand times without showing any distress!), and the height adjustment is very handy.
