Blackmoor Non Stick Frying Pan 20cm, Induction, Electric & Gas Hob, Egg Frying Pan, 67060

I bought this to use on my induction hob and replace pans that were supposed to be non-stick but frankly weren't. This pan however is! once you season it and wash it before use it works perfectly. The test for me was cooking pancakes which always stuck on other pans, on this one none of them stuck and it was easy to flip the pancakes because of the very smooth non-stick surface. These pans are very well constructed and I would imagine will last years so a good investment if you want a quality frying pan.

I really like this frying pan, it rarely sticks at all and is easy to shift and clean if something does stick. However, it does seem to collect water in the handle when washed and leak it out over the cooker when in use which is a pain but not the end of the world. I suspect this water will mean there is some corrosion going on under the surface but after then months of use, that has not impacted performance.

Nice size for one of two people so less oil needed. It cooks evenly and nothing sticks. I had already bought the 28cm and found it to be effective but to large at times.

Aarh (sigh), it is so pleasing to find a frying pan that is well made and tough.Since getting the Blackmoor frying pan a month ago, it has actually been a pleasure to use:a good weight, with good grip, strong non-stick surface - the food just glides over the surface,also, its' appearance is very nice.Have been through many under £10 frying pans over the years and have soldiered on with them even whenthe non-stick coating was worn away.This one, i really believe, will stand the test of time once it is treated right.
