"Suits for two and half years above children" what does this mean exactly?

I bought this for my grandson's 2nd birthday. It's a perfect size for him, but is also suitable for older children. It is played with by a 6 and an 8 year old at my home also. Children younger than two might not have the motor skills to lift and push.

What is the height of the wheel barrow?

I'm not sure of the exact height, but I brought this for my 3 year old grandson, who is average height and it perfect for him. He loves it. Will last him a few years. Would recommend this item.

can it be used for stable use

yes, it is pretty stable but not to sit in, my grandson tries to climb in it and it topples over, apart from that it is ideal for kids to put their toys in it and roll it around.
