When I decided to try the Bach flower line, I fully expected them not to work. I was just trying to rule these out as a useless alternative remedy method. So I was strongly biased against them.But they do work. It's incredibly bizarre.I tested White Chestnut (which is for repetitive thoughts) on both hubby and myself. Have a song stuck in your head on constant replay? Add just two drops of this in a full glass of water. Take two swallows only. Within minutes, that aggravating loop suddenly stops. It works for any kind of repetitive thought pattern, good, bad, or just plain annoying. I'm still astounded at how fast it kicks in. A full glass of water with two drops is enough doses for a whole day, just take as needed, spacing them out. I tried the one for depression just to see. That worked too. I tried the one for when you're anxiously fretting over the safety of a loved one and you just can't stop even though you know they are probably fine. That worked too. These remedies are amazing. I keep adding to my collection. If I'd known about these decades ago, I could have saved myself a ton of grief. Now I recommend them to clients who are going through emotional troubles as well. Yes, the bottle is very small, but when all you need is two drops, it lasts a long time, plus the tiny bottle are a breeze to store. I'm super impressed. I can see these being fantastic for kids as well. No side effect concerns. I am liking these much better than homeopathics, even though its a similar concept. The flowers seem easier to symptom match, whereas homeopathics are easy to get wrong, so often I feel like they aren't helping at all. Now I'm a huge fan of these flower remedies, but only the singles. The "Rescue Remedy" formula doesn't help me at all, and I think it's because there are too many ingredients in it. But these singles are amazing and recovered alcoholic hubby isn't bothered by the brandy at all when there is so little in a glass, so that's another winner. I'm super impressed.

My husband is one of those annoying people who can fall asleep the minute his head hits the pillows. Me - my brain goes into overdrive! Remembering all the things I didn't get round to doing today. Planning what I need to do tomorrow. Rehearsing the argument I need to have with someone. The list goes on.Luckily somebody told me about these drops years ago and for me they really do work. I have tried all sorts of other herbal remedies, and even been prescribed sleeping tablets by my GP, but these are what I always come back to.I just put a few drops on my tongue and then make really sure that I am in a comfortable position to go to sleep. At first it did take a while to work but now, if I find that my head begins to get too busy again, I just take a deep breath. Breathe out slowly. Remind myself that things will seem far easier to cope with after a good nights sleep.Try it. If it doesn't work for you no harm done.

I take this product as recommended in the Bach site for 10 years and works great no complain about as long I follow the instructions.

If I get to feeling a longing for the good old days this helps and quickly! I just put 4 drops under my tongue for a minute.

I've been using White Chestnut sporatically over the last 10 years. A couple drops of this on my tongue at bedtime helps me fall asleep faster, and I sleep like a rock! The taste is pretty strong, but I just follow it with water and it's fine. Definitely eases any nervous tension and thoughts that won't let you peacefully fall asleep!
