I've been using this daily and it works really well! It helps define my curls nicely without feeling heavy or sticky. There's plenty of product in the bottle, and the spray nozzle distributes it evenly. Perfect for regular use — I haven’t had any issues at all.

Originally bought to help tame the curly hair I had when my hair first grew back after chemotherapy, I now find it works just as well on the less curly, more wavy hair that mine has now settled down to several years later. I particularly like the new formulation which smells nicer and adds more condition to my fine, coloured hair. I have tried lots of other brands and this is the only one that doesn't leave my hair looking and feeling crispy or weighed down by product. I find that a generous application on damp hair after washing means that I only need to lightly spritz with water for the next couple of days to wake up my wavy hair, rather than needing to use it every day. Although it says that it can be used on dry hair, for me, it gives the best results if applied to damp hair whether you air dry or diffuse. Dream Curls Styling Spray has proved to be my dream product and I wouldn't use anything else now. NB: At the time of purchase, buying it here was considerably cheaper than buying in store, which was an added bonus. 🙂

I've been using John Frieda products for a long time. This spray is always a must-buy for me. I have naturally curly/wavy hair but it's long and the weight pulls a lot of curl out of it. This spray not only helps revive the curl, it's also great for helping get the comb through my hair after washing (detangler). I towel dry my hair, spritz on this spray while my hair is still fairly damp, gently comb then let dry naturally. Perfect. If I need a touch up, running wet fingers through my hair to dampen it, then spraying this product on my fingers and running them back through my hair will help revive the curls between washes and fresh application. Unfortunately, finding this spray in our local shops is difficult, and when I do it's very expensive. Buying on Amazon, I can get two bottles for the price of one at the shop. Great value! Anyone with fine but curly hair like me should give the Dream Curls Spray a try.

I didn't notice any change with my frizzy hair

It smells fine. Spray is not working the best but it's okay. At first it seems like it's doing nothing but after blow drawer it is indeed much better and less frizzy than not using it. But the effect only lasted until I slept then back to usual. I don't really think it can make my hair wavy too
