Fabsil seam sealant
I used mine on the roll up sun roif of my 2CV car and it mended a tear in the fabric very easily and has resisted rain while not going hard or degrading in the sunshine. I now carry a spare tube as it dries quiet quickly with the transparent sealant not being so obvious as sime others I have tried.

Does the job
Used for putting doubler points on a nylon cover. The glue is quite runny and spreads well, it sticks to everything - be warned ! Dried in 2 hours at 25C. Any glue in the wrong place can be "neutralised" with talcum powder, nitrile gloves advisable ! Unfortunately the glue in one tube had hardened solid, but had just enough to complete job.

Easy to Apply
Currently a 4 star, as i am yet to test out if it has worked. I bought the Fabsil seam sealer, as it is purported to be the best to use. I've never done it before so this was a first for me. It was easy to apply, and the included brush, whist not great, helped to do the job. I got a good level of coverage out of the tube and it seemed to have adhered well to the tent. It dried over about 48 hours during our warm weather. It dried clear, with no tack or stickiness to the touch. I will see over the Camping/holiday season how it holds up and the longevity of the sealer.

Amazing product
Tent was leaking in a lot of places via the seams , applied this once and camped through a storm in wales , not a drop of water came in (previous we had buckets and pans collecting water) is a really thick solution and takes some patience but we'll worth the wait 10/10

Might've got a bad one.
While this does what it says and it does it well, I knocked the rating down because there was a nice chunk of this stuff that had already solidified in the tube. Annoyingly it was enough that I was unable to finish the work of sealing my tent.

'Seams' OK
Thankfully it didn't rain on our two week French camping, so I can't comment on waterproofing. It was easy enough to apply. I found it was best to put a little at a time on the supplied brush first, rather than apply to the seam first. This stuff does not 'fade' into the tent. You can clearly see it after it's applied, so do it carefully if you're concerned about the look of your tent. Ours is quite old so I'm not too bothered, but spots where I accidentally spilt this on the main fabrics, can clearly be seen. Two tubes didn't quite do our Hi Gear Mojave 5 tent, but it did most of the seams around the sleeping area. Not giving this 5 stars as I couldn't use it all as it goes off too quickly. The first tube ended with about 10% congealed in the end and the second, where I carefully squeezed from the bottom, ended up going off in the tube with lumpy bit coming out that were no use. It might be best to do this on a cool day. Wear gloves.
