If the black tip has come off you buy a pencil sharpener and then you sharpen it. If the rubber bit has come off you use the rest of the pencil without it. If you have dropped it and the led is broken all through, too bad. It is broken for good. If it is in half, sharpen both bits and use it in two halves. I hope that helps.

6ou can draw with them, but they aren't the different 'b' type pencils for shading.

Which one is the best for writting ?

I’m a retired primary school teacher and we always used HB for pupils to write in their exercise books. If you’ll be needing to make corrections, then 2B rubs out more easily as the lead is softer.
