It folds down and stores nicely, incredibly lightweight and quick to inflate and install and feels sturdy and good quality. We gave it a trial run, and it positions him nicely and situates the seatbelt comfortably and securely for him. It's great value and ideal for what we need. I think we would even get some extra mileage out of it on future holidays too. Whilst I wouldn't use it regularly, it's a fab solution for unexpected journeys where a high back booster isn't available and is far better than relying on just a seatbelt alone which isn't adequate for a smaller passenger. Keep one in the boot as a spare for carrying friend's kids. I don't think they're as good as a proper child seat, but they're definitely a lot better than a couple of cushions! Kids find them comfortable. They slide around if you don't locate using the red plastic hooks on the sides. Do remember to use them. We bought these because compared to renting a booster seat for £45 a go every time we hired a car we figured these would work out cheaper within just one use.
