Easy to install and use. Meets all my needs. AAA+++
Plug and use. Couldn't be easier. I had purchased a program CD that needed to be installed but my current laptop has no CD/DVD drive. This was an economical solution. I will not use it constantly, but it serves my purpose when I do need it.

It works once it's hooked up correctly
it won't connect through the USB 2.0 (as it claims) or a hub if your computer has a c-USB connection. You must use the C-USB. Once I figured that out (nothing in instructions) it worked. I only needed this to download 1 CD to my music files. It worked but I would get a better one if I was using for more than a one-off.

Misleading
Photo shows blue led light strip down the side. Does not have one. However I will grant the fact that it was not mentioned in the description either though.
