You get so much in these packages! I soak mine in cold water for about 20-30 minutes prior to boiling them and they cook so well and taste amazing. I cut them with scissors so shorten up a bit. I use them in soups, wraps, stir fry, dumplings, pot stickers

These are the best glass noodles. I like the sweet potato noodles the best. They are gluten free, cook fast and are a great addition to so many Asian dishes.

I’m on an autoimmune diet and am limited as to what I can eat. These noodles are in my plan. It’s so fun to be able to have something like I’ve been used to eating in the past.They are glass noodles, so almost see through. They look like little worms, but taste great. They have a slight sweetness to them since they are made of sweet potatoes. The instructions were spot on.

Yes, they are delicious and so much fun to slurp -- made me feel like a little child again. Was happily slurping away then discovered the p65 warning sticker on the back of the package, so small I failed to notice until most of the package had already been eaten. This was one of the few times I've purchased something without reading the reviews. Otherwise I would not have made the purchase. No, won't be purchasing this again. Spent over an hour looking for a brand that didn't have the p65 warning, without success. Such a shame, because I really liked these noodles.
