Good quality presentation and arrived promptly
Lovely and I like the temperature controls it has three: high medium low . No hair damage . It comes with a handy pouch for easy storage . Battery life sufficient for time needed to complete hair straightening process. Great little set wouid highly recommend. Good value for money

Bad product
This product is not good. The instructions are poor so there is no guide as to how long the straighteners need charged before use and no warning when charge is low. The link between item at charger keep disconnecting with even a small nudge. The plates are small and snap hair and the body is quite heavy on the wrists. Not a good product and at £199 I regret this buy

I was disappointed that the charge only lasts for half hour. Took it on holiday and it was useless. I would have returned it on returning from my holiday but it went over the return day. Not worth the money

Battery don't last long enough to straighten hair and takes hrs to charge fully

Bought in January and the heating element is now broken. Poor product. I would give zero stars if able.
