These are good sturdy pieces. The wood is well finished and firmly attached to the chucks. The jaws on the chucks close firmly and stay put. Each of the three in the set comes with interchangeable larger and smaller chucks. The larger one is fine but the small one closes too tightly to really hold anything practical. This was evident on all three in the set.

Good rather than excellent quality and takes a bit of effort to get needle into vise but once in they work really well and are comfortable to use. Would buy again if I needed more.
