Perfect toast every time even from frozen
I bought this to replace an almost identical Russell Hobbs toaster which we had for about 10 years. This new one toasts perfectly and can cope with really thick slices of bread or crumpets just like the old model so I hope this one lasts another 10 years.

Terrible quality
Poor quality, after 2 years it’s now blown up with smoke coming out and it tripping out electric.

Not bad.
Works well but it has two issues. One is standard bread does not fit into slots easily. Two, whilst browning you cannot see progress by lifting levers like my old RH toaster.
