Followed the instructions exactly. Easy to apply with a small sponge. Used a microfiber cloth to remove a slight haze after 5 min. Applied three coats. Grout has a uniform color now and it left no haze on the tile afterwards. Beads water like wax.

I've been DIY'ing some bathroom repair, which has me dealing with a mix of older grout that needs to be resealed and new grout. This stuff works great in both cases. It goes on easily with a soft paintbrush, the excess wipes up without a fuss, and after a couple of coats, nothing wants to soak into the grout or stain it. A little goes a long way!

i’ve sealed several floors for families that i house clean for. Keeps floors looking good and easier to clean plus i earn a little extra money too. Easy to use. I waited about four minutes for each section then wiped off with dry microfiber cloth. I applied three coats on most of floors.This company also bubble wrapped bottles well when the weather was super cold so they didn’t get ruined. Good job!

This product works great on grout. Sadly Amazon messed up and couldn’t get it to me so I lost the job.

Spent a pretty penny having my tile and grout professionally cleaned so I followed with this sealer. It was very easy to apply and the tile looks great. Now we’ll wait to see how it holds up.
