Bavicchi Geo Plus 3 Tier Stacking Indoor Brown Rectangular Terracotta Sprouter, 20.5x20.5x23 cm

I bought this as it was larger than my small square sprouting trays which crack and drain less efficiently and I needed more growing space. This does the job superbly and is so easy to use, although I do sprout beans in jars so have only tried pulses and seeds in this. It allows a good size sprout crop which is ideal now all the family love to include its yield in their salads and sandwiches so there is some left for me too. Just as well as I find there are huge health benefits from eating sprouts, The ultimate nutrition.I found the other reviews very helpful when choosing a new sprouter. I also did not get the seeds/beans advertised here but to me thats fine because I sprout everything I get my hands on and already have loads, but should warn others just starting to sprout not necessarily to expect the above seeds. If disappointed - tell the supplier as they stock them all on their site-they may rectify this.Great value for money though.

This is a good sprouter. The quality of the plastic is good. It takes up only a little space and looks nice. It does its job. The only negative is that I feel they could have given it a lid (raised up the same as the trays for ventilation) to prevent drying out of the top tray and dust falling on it. As it is I made my own using plastic mini pegs and a plastic container lid. Other than this I am happy with it.

It does look cheap, and it is slightly wonky which could be a problem in terms of making sure all seeds get watered, however that was easily remedied by positioning it against a wall to straighten it. In relation to how well it works as a sprouter, its fantastic. So easy to use, easy to water, and grows sprouts brilliantly.Would happily recommend.

I hate this product. It made my kitchen stink on the first morning. I washed it through twice a day but it still stank the day through and I do not see any purpose for the thing. I am looking for a replacement for one I had many years ago but this is not even as good as the jamie oliver one (one without aeration). I am so disappointed. I forgave it the no lid but this is just not doing anything but stinking and had to be put outside for the smell wouldn't go away.I want a full refund so I can purchase one I CAN use - perhaps a jar or something.

Not as good as previous units I have had. The top unit has no lid, so the sprouts take a long time to grow on the top shelf. Its also a bit wonky and lop sided. Will continue to use it, however I won't buy another of these units.

Ordered my GEO sprouter on the 17th April and it arrived using free delivery on the 20th April.I didn,t receive any seeds with the product,the advert does not mention free seeds anyway.In less than a week,I now have radish,brocoli ,alfalfaaaaah and uncle Tom Cobbley and all sprouting merrily away.I'm especially pleased I bought this sprouter because there is an air gap between the levels.My radish is now above the plastic and would have been stifled in some of the sprouters that stack together with no gaps.To rinse my sprouts after the initial soaking,I use a small garden sprayer £1.50 from B and something else.Seems to work fine and sprouts get an even dousing.My first sprouter was the small 3 tiered square one.I am still using that one,but given the choice I would go with the GEO because of the size,20cm diameter and the fact that it works with all trays stacked together.The trays have four ridges in them,so you could have four different types on each tray if so desired .

ProsGreat if you have a big family that all eat pulses and seedsConsArrived with one part broken so only had two levels, couldn't be bothered returning itToo big for one person unless you eat the produce three times a dayEach tray is divided into three sections but seeds inadvertently jump into other sectionsSmaller seeds fall straight through the water grill into the section below. I know you can put in kitchen towel to stop this but don't fancy eating bits of paper with my food.Tried the water spray bottle instead of pouring the water but you have to take all the levels apart to do this and they don't slot back together that well. Mine actually looks nothing like the picture. The one shown slots together on an inner tube. Mine has four legs on every level that sit in cut out on the level below, a right fad to line up.Will I be using it again, no. originally had a Jamie Oliver sprouter which was fantastic, I wore it out. Easy to use and the right size for one person so am going to look at buying another one.

Having owned several sprouters over the years I have found that this one is hands down the best. I really like that the trays don't sit directly on top of each other like many as this allows air to circulate between the trays and prevent's them getting that horrid slimy consistency. The sprouts that come with it are generous in proportion so happy sprouting.

Opinión personal:Yo lo devolví, pero he de decir que es práctico, pones las semillas en los estantes, las más pequeñas en el de arriba. El último estante es el que recoge el agua. Riegas 2 veces al día, si lo haces con un pulverizador mucho mejor y a esperar que te salga.

Facile da usare e da pulire - anche in lavastoviglie -, manca solamente il coperchio.Bisogna fare attenzione quando si impilano i ripiani, se si mettono correttamente però sono molto stabili.Peccato non ci siano delle buone istruzioni, bisogna cercarle su internet o prendere un libro.

Les graines germent très bien sans moisir, sans odeur, grâce à l'espace entre chaque plateau, vraiment très pratique, j'arrose matin et soir, mais je pose sans tasser, une feuille de papier alimentaire sur la première couche qui n'est pas couverte, sinon elle sèche trop vite.Je vais en racheter un 2ème, car je suis une grande consommatrice, crues et dans les soupes tièdes pour préserver les nutriments. D'ailleurs, elles redonnent de l'élasticité à ma peau qui a souffert suite à une grave maladie. Effet VIVIFIANT!Alors je continue ma MEGA CURE ! Et j'encourage les personnes à en faire de même, car c'est vraiment REVIGORANT.
