How many stamps in set?

The stamps I bought came in a "book" of 20. Right off hand, I don't know if you can get other amounts, like a roll of 100, for example.

Are these stamps still good to be used?

These are "forever" stamps, so you can use them at any time now and in the future, even if the price of stamps is higher at that time.
