Works well for my two working cocker spaniels and my cats. Easy to install and looks good.

This was to replace our old flap door, it's perfect .

The media could not be loaded. Good dog flap, with only one area for improvement, and that's in the strength of the outside flap.The flap works by having the middle translucent panel allowed to swing both ways, whilst the outer flap can only swing from inside to outside. This means it seals nicely when shut. However, this outside part (the white square part) is quite thin.We have some enthusiastic large (35kgs+) dogs, and I'm now on my third flap in 18 months as the outer part of the flap keeps snapping if the dogs hurry through too fast too many times. It's a shame, because the flap itself is good.Fitting wise, a half-competent DIY'er should be able to fit this in an hour or so - I've done this several times now so it's quite straightforward. You'll need to trim down the long screws provided so factor that in when you're preparing to install it - I used a dremmel with a cut-off wheel.Plan your cut as you can't add material back! The best advice I can give you is to buy a replacement panel for the bottom of the door - I think I got one online for around £25. Our bottom door panel was patterned (IE, not perfectly flat) and this meant installing the flap would be difficult to seal to the surface due to the raised pattern. Buying a flat plain panel solves this issue, and it means I can just re-install the original panel should I need to return to standard. Also, if your flap does break, you can just swap the panel back to the standard one until you get a replacement.Overall, I'm very happy. It would just be nice if they lasted a little longer - but part of that is down to my dogs charging in through the flap, so I can't completely blame PetSafe!I hope that's helped - please see the video of it in action!

Had this before so knew it was good

We have used this company's dog door for 35 years. I can't imagine life without the door. We'd be letting dogs in & out every 10 minutes, all day long, if we didn't have the door. It gives them independence & allows us to feel that they can come & go when they decided it is time to come in or out.

Replaced with the same as had this originally approx 10 years ago, but the dogs have destroyed it now and the door broke and fell off.Happy to have been able to replace like for like

The media could not be loaded. Got a new cat flap in November,2023, outter u-shape flap now brocken. Petsafe have now discontinued the white u-shape flap can only get grey or brown not happy why sell the white one when you can't get a replacement for it . Very flimsy made, and very expensive to replace.

Not very impressed at all, the magnet doesn't hold the flap closed very well and the flap just keeps opening & closing and it's noisy, it has made the room very cold due to this, even had hail stone thrown in, yes it comes with a cover to close it off but defeats the purpose of having a dog flap, as he couldn't go in & out as he pleases 😞.Not like I could return it now as we have a huge hole in the door, so that's ruined or I definitely would of sent it back!Complete waste of money in my opinion, as we have had to close it off so now not in use!

I actually had this same door 18 years ago and it finally broke from age and weather last month but it wasn't supplied on the island I'm on anymore. Couldn't find it anywhere and got super lucky to find it here. It came together great, got here earlier than expected, and a cute little candy treat from the seller as a thank you for ordering from them. Great Large breed dog door with a foggy/clear door so you can see anything that's on the other side. Highly suggest it.

Está muy bien!! Divertida i facil de instalar. Los peludillos estàn encantados! Nos costó un rato ensenyarles a usarla, no lo veian claro, pero con una bolsa de chuches nos arreglamos, y nos reimos un montón!! En cuanto al ruido, pues sí, hace ruido, es normal, pero tampoco exageremos. La calidad decente, es plástico duro, sí se cuida puede durar tiempo. Pillé la talla L, tengo 2 bulldogs franceses, me daba rollo que la M fuera pequeña pero habría bastado, por la L puedo pasar, i las crías tambien, justitas pero pasamos. La recomiendo!!
