I found if you hit it off the table repeatedly it will begin too fold!

Does this model have a guard at the back to prevent long hair being sucked into the fan?

Yes It does.. It's removable for cleaning

Does it come with a diffuser (for curly hair)? If not can I attach a universal one?

It only comes with a regular nozzle for straigtening hair, no diffuser. The end of the hair dryer measures 5 cm, if that's any help? I have straight hair, so I have no experience with diffusers! Sorry!
