I used to use my 1 1/2" GHD straighteners before this one, but the GHDs weren't able to get my hair as straight as these could. The plates are super long so you can grab big sections and it makes it easier to do curls. So many temperature settings to choose from as well. Only downside is that the heat dial only shows you numbers, it doesn't show the temperatures that the numbers correspond to, but other than that, these are perfect. Also cuts down my straightening time to about 15-20mins compared to an hour! Review: Good value - Grand for the price. Of course not as good as GHD's and the likes, but you shouldn't expect that for £30. Love the look of them - pink/purple ombré looks really smart.
