Howard Leight 3301105 Laser Lite Ear Plugs, Pink&Yellow, 20 Pairs

Have bought these lots of times (just for sleeping as my wife snores like a traction engine)They are brilliant if you learn how to insert properly.

I live in mid terrace house and the wall is like paper thin. One side is old deaf lady always have her tv max volume. Other side neighbour had a child with disability always scream in early morning, barely had a good sleep. Their always drive me mad. But since I got this, my sleep improved a lot. Very affordable, easy to used, comfortable enough to sleep with. Hardly fall out unless i move side to side during sleep. I would say great for every day, but would not recommend to used it every day. Even tho it comfortable but once put in I do feel a bit of pressure on my ears. Whenever I remove it, my ear feel like a champagne bottle with the cork plug just been removed and all the air releases. Very weird feeling. Only been a week, so will come back for more details after using it for a bit longer.

Much comfier than those earplugs you get in shops; not sure they work any better though. Definitely not as durable as others and each paid comes in plastic bags - not sure there's any need for that.

I've bought stocks of these twice now over the years and find them the best cheap ear buds I've used. They are light and soft and brightly coloured so can be easily found if they fall out in bed. They block out sounds very well.

These were recommended to myself by friends as I was in need of earplugs which worked well for side-sleeping without discomfort.These earplugs are very soft being foam and don't cause any pain or itchiness in the ear once placed. Due to the soft material, side sleeping wasn't an issue at all due to the foam just pressing against the ear and the enlarged tips prevented the earplugs from inserting deeper into the ear throughout the night.I also found that they honestly blocked out the vast majority of noise, especially anything such as outside noise or from the direct neighbours (car doors, banging, music etc). Using these during housework such as using the vacuum also blocked out most noise to the point the actual vacuum couldn't be heard above a low hum at point-blank range - so can't argue really!I've heard these can be used for 5-7 days in a row with proper care, but I've only used these for two or three nights at the very most for hygeine purposes as they do tend to lose the ability to 'roll' after their first use, so placement can be a bit tricky on multiple uses.Overall very good for side-sleepers and this is from somebody who's tried plenty of other types such as silicone etc.

These worked great from the first use. I bought these to block out my wife’s extremely loud snoring.Once they were in my ears it dulled down my wife’s snoring to a very low volume allowing me to get to sleep.I am a very light sleeper and can’t sleep if there isn’t silence.Very pleased so far with these, even from the first use.They were a bit fiddly to get into the ear. You have to press the part that goes into your ear canal quite small and hold it there where the foam expands and makes a seal.You have to get a good seal for them to be effective, otherwise sound will leak through.Very happy and will buy again.** update **After a couple of months of use.They can be fiddly to get into the ear and wait for them to expand, I think I don’t wait long enough. They recommend 40 seconds but wait a couple of mins instead. Once you have a good seal they are the best. Finally I can sleep again with my partners snoring!! Haven’t needed to resort to the couch since I bought these.** Update **I've been using these for about 3 months and these are the best and have saved me from sleeping on the sofa due to my wife's load snoring.I also found out the proper way to insert them into the ear canal. You have to work the part that goes into your ear by rolling it back and forth by using your finger and thumb until it's much longer and narrower.Once this is done, insert it into the ear by holding the top of your ear back and then wait about 40 seconds and it should be tight and make a good seal.If it doesn't work, then i usually have to push it into the ear and hold it there for another 40 seconds until i get a good seal.The more you do it the more of a pro you will become.P.S I just ordered some more! They are brilliant.

These are ok, but they are prone to loosening and falling out while sleeping.
