So id say you don't need. **Q: Hi what prep should I use before using this spray. Shampoo, Polish,wax etc ?** A: It’s a spray wax so do the normal prep - obviously no need to wax unless you just want to use it as a QD. No marks, no smears, no issues in trim, even us it inside the car on all hard surfaces for that extra finish. I use this as a drying aid too, making it easier to clean the car and top up the wax.
