I bought this for my twins, and subsequently as gifts for nieces and nephews also.It's absolutely perfect for little ones. No need to get paint out. No need to think of ideas of what to 'paint'. It's all there on each page, with lovely bright illustrations for your child to add to.These books are perfect on a rainy afternoon, or on a blanket in the garden on a sunny day, on a train, in a restaurant, on holiday.... They're just so easy to take anywhere and have entertainment ready just by opening a book!The paint pads are attached to the books which is really handy.We'd definitely recommend them for children aged 2 and up. My twins are 5.5 and still use them (we bought more than one kind).

Brilliant interactive book. Great for creative little minds and a challenge for them to try and follow the instructions to do their own finger paint animals. My daughter loves this. Ink wipes away easily with a baby wipe off fingers and the ink pad is great and doesn't dry up

My 5 year old daughter absolutely loves this book. The quality of the pages is fantastic. I used a sharpie to drawer the legs on the animals and it didn’t bleed through to the other side of the page. It’s messy play without actually being messy. There is plenty of room on each page to go back and do more of each type. The inks havnt dried out. We have even been looking at some of the other books in the series. Wonderful item!

This product is great my niece really enjoyed creating finger paintings a lot and coping some of the things she could see in the book. She loved getting her hands messy also. Great way to keep kids occupied and great fun for the kids and the adults too.

Fantastic and unusual activity book for children. My four year old absolutely loves it, whether it's just the "get your fingers covered in ink and not get told off" side of it I'm not totally sure but she can now put in her cv "ability to print insects with just my fingers and some pretty coloured ink". Keep some baby wipes close by as inevitably it's going to be messy. A much enjoyed book and one to keep them occupied on a rainy day - try it yourself too, it's really quite addictive.
