Broken Glass
Lovely frame but glass was broken, luckily had glass from old frame I was able to use.Frame was in bubble wrap and in box inside another box - nothing on that to indicate breakable inside, so maybe break occurred in transit.

these photo frames are very detailed and very sturdy , a lovely size for a photograph , I also dealt with the seller who was very helpful and quick at replying , I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again .
