Over the last 35 years I have amassed a large number of watches including many designer ones. The majority of our watches have stopped working for one reason or another and instead of paying to have them repaired, we have purchased a new one. I have a real gold watch that I had to stop wearing because the battery ran out and every jewellery shop I visited were not willing to change the battery because they were concerned that the soft gold metal would be damaged when they tried to remove the back. I also have a stunning designer watch that was too big for my wrist and it was really expensive to have some of the links removed. I have now lost weight and dropped down two clothes sizes so I need to have more links removed. I saw this portable watch kit on Amazon and thought it was worth buying it to see if my husband could then do his own watch repairs at home. The kit arrived promptly and I was really impressed with the quality. The case is well made and stores all the bits and pieces securely, each tool having its own compartment. After doing a bit of research on the internet, my husband started with attempting to remove a couple of links from my watch strap. Within minutes he had completed the task and found it really easy and straight forward to do. There is no stopping him now. He has changed the battery in my gold watch (without marking the back!) and also started taking some of the older watches apart and bringing them back to life again. This portable watch repair tool kit has given my husband a new and enjoyable hobby and is saving us money in the process. Good variety of tools, makes the job easier when replacing straps, batteries etc.. Lack of any instructions means some of the tools require guess work for their purpose. I wouldn't say they are top quality, but then they don't carry a premium price, so to be expected.

A useful little kit for minor repairs, the quality is not the best the case opening knife is too thick to fit under any of my watch cases, and the pin remover is pretty poor but this kit is still worth the money and it will soon pay for itself.

As with a lot of things in general, mending something is easy if you have the right tools and a right nightmare if you have to bodge it.This set is great value for money and offers every tool I'd think I'd ever need to tinker with my watches (add/remove links, change battery's, etc). It has a wide variety of tools with different sizes so you're able to work with the majority if big name brands as, of course..., there's no real standard across the industry with regards to pin/screw sizes!Happy customer.

Tools good quality for the price, exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, our expensive watch back, still wouldn't budge. Great zipped case to hold everything. I'm sure it will come in useful in the future. I did use the tools to change links in a watch strap and conrary to some belief, it worked perfectly. I think that job took a quarter of the time, it would have taken me using the usual 'come in handy' tools. (and no hassle) Would highly recommend. Thanks Seller, Chris

Very high quality set of tools. Everything you need. Took the back off my watch and changed the battery in less than a minute. My local jeweller charges 7 euro's to do the same job. Excellent value for money.

the link remover feels like as if it were made out of butter, and lasts as long. If you want this to size or change a strap once or twice it is ok I guess, but after that bits will break! Still, it is cheap so what can you expect. Does the job...but only just!

This appears to be a comprehensive watch repair kit. It comes in a nice zip up case and contains a lot of tools for the job. The main problem is there are no instructions on how to use any of the tools. Some are obvious, such as the 2 x knife type tools which are used to get watch backs off but others are not so obvious. I had to search youtube to find out what some of the tools are for and what they do.One thing this kit is also missing is a tool to get watch backs back on. I had to purchase a completely different tool (actually more expensive than this whole set) to get the watch backs back on because there was nothing in the set that would do this.This set has saved me some money - no doubt about it, but I do feel some instructions would be nice and a full explanation that getting the watch backs back on either requires hulk type strength or a completely different tool would have been useful.

c'è TUTTO quello che serve per armeggiare con gli orologi (tranne un martelletto per le situazioni complesse...ma per "togliere le maglie del cinturino è presente quel marchingegno blu che funziona alla perfezione).L'apricassa è veramente di buona fattura, così come i cacciaviti...ma in realtà tutto il kit è fatto veramente bene.Mi sono cambiato da solo le batterie di 8 orologi ed adattato i cinturini...spesa ridicola e risparmiato molto!Consigliatissimo

Bastante bien para el precio que tiene, trae todo lo necesario para hacer nuestros pinitos con la relojería, como cambiar las pilas o quitar y poner pulseras nuevas o eslabones a las cadenas. Trae bastantes puntas de repuesto, tanto para la herramienta de apertura de la tapa trasera como de los enganches de los eslabones. La funda de transporte es cómoda y resistente. Recomendable

Ein vielseitiges Set, nicht nur für Uhren, auch für die kleinen Schrauben an Brillen ein guter Helfer. Bisher konnte ich gut mit arbeiten, ob man nun alles darin enthaltene benutzt, das wird die Zeit zeigen. Leider kann der Gehäuseöffner nur begrenzt eingesetzt werden, er passt nur für normale Uhren, XL-Uhren mit einem Durchmesser von 5 cm und höher benötigen ein anderes Spezialwerkzeug.
