It is exactly what it says.... A personalized mug. However it is also more. The artwork is tasteful and well done. The packaging is supreme. I received mine I'm a polystyrene (assumed the material) case and a box. It was definitely shipped safely. I especially enjoyed the little touches of the thank you card and the pamphlets with the parcel. I intend to purchase more from this company. I would 200% recommend this product.

Cute design my niece will love it. The design is on both sides so can be seen whether right or left hand is used. Well packaged and arrived sooner than expected.
