PreethiNitro 3-Jar Mixer Grinder, 550-Watt

The mixer works fine and the product seems to be a good one. Had to send one back as it looked a bit used but the second one that arrived was new and fresh. The quality could have been a bit better but I think with Indian cooking, no one can come close. All in all great mixer and good product.

Product is being used for grinding items during cooking. This product is very durable.

I purchased this product in November 2022, and unfortunately, it stopped working in April 2023. I reached out to the seller, Gandhi Foods CA, through Amazon, and they provided me with a Whatsapp number for communication. When I contacted Gandhi Foods, their response was quite peculiar. They requested me to ship the product to the United States at my own expense, which is nearly the same as the price of the Mixer Grinder. Despite the fact that they sell the product in Canada and profit from Canadian customers, they expected me to bear the shipping cost for a defective item, even though it was still under warranty. This behavior seemed like a blatant form of deceit, and I suspect that Gandhi Foods sells substandard products through Amazon. If you decide to purchase from them, be aware that if the item stops working, you may essentially be throwing away your 330 CAD. I previously owned a Preeti Mixer Grinder that working perfectly for over 5 years, and I bought this one as a secondary product, only to have it become damaged. I strongly believe that Amazon does not conduct proper quality checks on products sold by Gandhi Foods CA. When contacting Amazon Customer Care, they redirect you to the vendor, as they do not offer support in such cases. It has been a waste of both money and time. If you choose to make this purchase, be prepared to essentially discard your money.

I bought this mixer on January 4th 2015, I usually use grinder twice in a week and not a heavy user.Mixer grinder looks great in the product images because they might have taken picture with camera capable of taking 1000 pixels.Before buying that I was using $35 bugs blender which I bought from Wallmart and I was very happy.This cheap little plastic grider looks so ugly and no where it was mentioned that it is BPA Free and passed all standards.I am an easy guy who don't complain much about anything so passing time with it until one day grinder made a crazy sound and my jar was broken.I have no idea on earth to fix so I tried to contact them on their store.Looks like they are nicely operating from our great mother land and there is no sort of contact information or email address to contact.Right now I am a cry baby who don't know any details or know any one to contact even no body ever told me about warranty but they wanted to charge nice extra money to purchase extra warranty.Just buy this blindly if you want to pay your hard earned money on this waste , useless and junky and cranky product.I just give my 10 minutes of valuable time to just help others who are wants to buy this by seeing nice biased reviews.

I used for years Sumit grinder and last August it died down. Wanted to buy another Summit grinder as it works very well for Indian cooking. And bought one from Amazon ane received well in time frame, nicely packed. When opened for my disappointment it was refurbished unit, with the cracks on Handel by the lock. Returned it back to Amazon and as I needed a grinder bought Prithy grinder. It works best, and prise is less than Summit plus new model. I would recommend to friends if they are looking for one.
