I have green eyes and they look lovely on me and so easy to blend out. Go for it!! **Q: Are these Hypo-allergenic? Thanks** A: I assume so as I have very sensitive eyes and no affectime tpossible **Q: Are these shadows matte? (Not shiny?)** A: Only 4 on the pallet are matte. From left to right. 3rd,5th,8th and 10th. So no the pallet is not all matte. Very disappointed. **Q: Is this a cream or powder ? The description says cream but it looks more like powder.** A: It is a highly compacted powder that is hard to apply. It doesnt stick to the applicator well.
