My childhood game
I recently bought this game again, after so many years of playing it and then giving it away, and thought I'd get it for my nostalgia feelings. I must say this is STILL brilliant to play even after SO many years, and still has all the fun and humour that I remembered as a kid. now, the story is a pretty interesting one: all about you going to several worlds (almost all of them disney worlds)and then beating them in several ways, and also looking for friends. Oh, and my favourite world is Winnie the Pooh as it captures all what i loved of pooh as a kid, and it still is tonnes of fun seeing all the characters.Now, the main character Sora is a stereotypical child hero, and is great for kinds/young teens, but when you are older, he becomes really annoying. but hey, I shouldn't really comment on that part as this game is meant to be aimed at kids, its just me nitpicking.The game-play of this game is INCREDIBLY fun, with it being an action rpg, which i MUCH prefer over turn based games like final fantasy. its very quick and easy to make moves. the camera is a bit terrible, as it just doesn't move or flow properly at all, but still, this is only a minor turn off for some people. This game will feature some grinding by the end of the game, so you can do all the optional fights and such (which are just totally amazing and strongly recommend doing), but if you were to do the base game and no optional stuff, then you will still find that the game has a fair difficulty, with it being hard but not too hard.The graphics and sounds are PERFECT. all the characters you see sound perfect and as they should, and the worlds are done in the iconic style. One world (Halloween town) is EXACTLY as it should be, and is just tonnes of fun, listening to the "this is Halloween" song in the background.Overall, i'd say this game is truly worth buying for any rpg fan or just any kid who has a ps2, as it is still incredible and fun to play, and you will get your money's worth

Great Game!
I'm not a big gamer and from the games I have tried, very view of them I completed. Kingdom Hearts is among that small number. I really enjoyed this game; I thought it was a wonderful play and had a nice story and graphics.There's very little I could complain about this the game, except that the camera angels were akward at times and you couldn't look up or down. If your use to games, especially the newer ones were you use the right stick to change camera angle, then the camera angle will be confusing in this game and take some getting use to, as it's the triger buttons on the back of the controller that you use. Like I've already said, I'm not a big gamer, so it wasn't a problem for me.If you decided to buy this game, I'd make sure you have a PlayStation 2 frist, or at least have access to one. Otherwise, you'll need to buy one. I initially tried playing it on my dad's PlayStation 3 but it wasn't recognised. Luckily we had my brothers' PS2 stored in the loft.Anyways, I thought this game was a really good play and I would recommend it to others! I really enjoyed it and wanted to play it all day, though I couldn't.

Kingdom Hearts
This game is amazing. It is a real classic and I think that it is one of the most amazing things I have ever played. A few things I would say though are, the character that you use is not amazing at jumping and it took me about an hour to get where I had to go just because the character wouldn't jump far enough to move on. I found that part infuriating, as well as that there are the few dodgy camera angles and it takes a while tyo get used to the controls since they are different than your typical games. The final critisim is the lack of direction, during the game you get hardly any instructions on what to do so I would reccomend using walkthroughs in these parts. Despite these few errors I think that the game is really good gameplay, has reasonably good graphics, good storyline and the game is intresting the game being long.

Kingdom Hearts (PS2)
Kingdom Hearts is an unlikely mash up of the Square Enix and Disney franchise's. The first game follows a 14 year old boy called Sora who is separated from his two missing friends. He finds himself travelling across the Disney worlds teaming up with Disney's icons Donald and Goofy. To track down his missing friends , King Mickey and to defeat the new threat which is the heartless which are monsters which come from the darkness. Sora carries a unique weapon known as the Keyblade which is the only hope of defeating the heartless.The gameplay is fun and accessible to all audiences , it mixes turn based gameplay with real time combat which makes for some fun hack and slash fighting !This is a PS2 classic I highly recommend this game and it's sequel !

Great action adventure game
Fast paced action adventure game. Plenty of exciting levels to play. Plenty of additional features making gameplay more enjoyable. Intense battle action. Like the various enemies to defeat.However, after some scenes it does not tell you where to go next, have had to explore whole level to find out where to go. Also not enough save points at start of game. Auto save feature would be beneficial.

Greatest game series
Truely one of the greatest game series ever made. Initially it may seem a Disney game for kids, but it is much more than that. The gameplay is fantastic and each world is breathtaking. I hate it when you can complete a game in a day, but this is far from that, it can take 30+ hours if you want to collect everything and complete side quests ect. An avid Disney fan, I love this. After completing kh2, I am now looking into trying the final fantasy games as the characters show up many times throughout the kh series.I couldn't recommend this game more, I have played it so many times!

Fabulous game
This is a fabulous game, I bought this many years ago and lost it. After a recent operation i thought I would buy it again as it would be good to keep me occupied while recuperating. I love the interaction with the Disney characters and their relevant stories it's so good. I was so happy that i could still get this as ps2 is a bit dated now, this copy will be kept in a safe place!

Kingdom Hearts is the first project from Squaresoft and Disney Interactive.
